Payment

The monthly space rent is $150. This amount will be charged immediately after filling out the payment form. All following payments will be automatically collected on or around this same date and for the same amount each month going forward.

Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle begins the day of your first "monthly space rent" payment and ends the next month one calendar day prior to the initial payment date. Example: First payment on March 15th. Each month would end for you on the 14th and you will be billed for new months on the 15th going forward until you cancel and vacate your space.

Vacating

Payments will continue until a 10 day written notice is given by text or email to Travis Kearin and the space has been 100% vacated. Notice should be in writing at one of the following contact methods: text message to: 253-264-0170 or email to: traviskearin@gmail.com When notice is not given or the space has not been vacated by the last day of your billing cycle, the billing will continue until both conditions are met. No refunds will be given for partial or unused months.

Hours

You are allowed to enter the property only during our operating hours of 6:00am-9:00pm 7 days/week.

Use

This space rental allows for the parking/storage of the below listed vehicle during the above listed operating hours. No other uses are permitted without prior authorization. No loitering, business operations, winterization, repairs or service to the RV/trailer is to be done on-site. There is a strict 30 minute maximum time allowed on our property per day. If you require more time than that to load/unload/clean your vehicle please complete this process off-site or at your home. Please do not bring other people outside of your immediate family onsite (this includes prospective buyers of your item being stored).

Condition

The stored vehicle can not appear visually damaged (body damage, broken windows, primer painted panels etc). No additional items or debris may be stored in or outside of the vehicle. Covers must appear to be appropriate for the vehicle (no blue tarps or pop up tents etc.). Tires should be kept inflated.

Insurance

You are expected to keep your vehicle insured if you wish to have any coverage on it. The Kearin Family Farm, Travis and his family will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to your property while it is on-site.

Termination

Kearin Family Farm reserves the right to terminate storage or cancel this contract at any time for any reason without warning. Failing to pay or failure to adhere to the above "use" policy will likely result in termination of the storage agreement. Unpaid rental charges, failing to vacate after termination or violations of this agreement may result in impounding or towing the vehicle at the vehicle owner's expense.

Authorization

By electronically signing below, you affirm that you can and do authorize The Kearin Family Farm to automatically charge the payment method that you provide to us, the charges as they are outlined in this document and you fully understand and agree to all other conditions listed on this page.
